Hotel is located at prime location in the Ratnagiri City.. Nice clean room with gallary and interior also very good. They have a lift facility too. Check in and check out Hassel free. Reception staff was very nice. It is newly open hotel, have to improve their room service - for one water bottle , we have to wait for approx. 1 hr. same think happened when we ordering breakfast.. also I have to mentioned that please put mosquito nets on windows..we can't sleep throughout the night due to mosquitos. otherwise our stay was good.. Thanks Sitara Inn...

location is in good area staff cooperative car parking facility is available booked non ac room which is very small compare to price. also bathroom is very compact. lots of mosquito. not suitable for family or two and more people. room is very small not suitable for family. you cant even move properly in room, its too compact. bathroom too. compared to room price its not value for money.

It was a great place to stay with family. The newly built hotel has good rooms with a balcony with good space. Good market connectivity. Free WiFi in rooms. Homemade food is available at the property. Free covered parking. They have taxis at budget rates for local sightseeing. Overall good experience with Hotel Sitara Sarai. food

Good Location inside city and 50 metre walk there is an auto stand. Rooms are good and specious breakfast have only 2 options and mostly same menu either upma and poha or uttapa or bread butter + coffee tea.
