1- Terrible 1null Horrible Experience – Definitely NOT a 4-Star Property! Booked a premium room at Ski Hotel and Resorts, Rishikesh, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The room was filthy – dirty floor towel, AC not working, and cement dust everywhere (floors, sofa, wardrobe). Walking barefoot turned our feet black. We raised this with the staff and were told someone would attend to us – no one came for over 20 minutes. When someone finally did, they were speechless at the condition. We were shown three more rooms – all equally bad, with dirty beds and filthy linen. We requested cancellation, but the hotel refused To make matters worse, denied our refund. This hotel is nowhere close to 4-star standards – not even 2-star. Avoid this place completely. Highly unhygienic, mismanaged, and dishonest. Do not trust the photos
