Property was somewhat good but the cleaning of my room was not proper, there were not a single window in out room, also room service and amenities are not properly maintained, water bottles were not there, no soap was there in washroom and door mat was dirty. But at the end, one woman staff of the hotel was very helpful, despite of some blood strain on the bedsheet she let us to check out hassle-free. Not a very humble response from hotel staffs unless one woman staff.

I would like to say that my experience at sohotel was very good I love the services of hotel and they charged reasonable price of food specially I want to tell you that I love the way they clean the rooms and I love my room specially window front view Ac service is very very good all taps in bathroom working shower also working all the staff are very good and polite behaviour totally my experience at sohotel was memorable thank you so much for your services❤️

pros:- location is good being it in a mall its a great advantage for shopping. staffs are very nice and polite at the same floor u will find food court with great brands like KFC etc.. inox is at tge same floor. cons:- hotel's own restaurant is not there. some technical glitches like malfunctionig of AC , taps etc has been observed

Very poor service.You can't say Hotel for living with satisfaction as they not provide the basic service of hotel like shop, shampoo, drinking water, bed tea, newspaper.In simple way you can say this hotel is only for night sleeping.Staff behaviour is also poor.We not recommend.

The room was good and comfy , i would recommend improving the washroom , rest all is good , hotel is located close to howrah railway station inside a mall where you can do some shopping as well

Reception staff is very good. room amenities are not upto the mark. Towels are loosing it's cottons all over the body while wiping from it. bathroom is also dirty.

the hotel is situated at good location, however during the night the main gate was found closed and is not easy to find the gate from backside. value for money
