Solitaire Hotel & Banquets

Very pathetic service at hotel. Even I don't want to give single star but there is no option for that. my booking was for executive room with king size bed but they have provided me deluxe room with twin bed. Room was not cleaned. they are cleaning after check-in in front of me.The money I have paid and services I got in this hotel was not satisfied. Even receptionist was not supportive. She was telling me to cancel the booking. If you don't have said room available then don't show the option as well. Why you are providing such unhealthy services to the customer. Staff was rude. Even not help you with you baggage. Lift was not working. I don't know why such hotels are in service industry when they don't know the meaning of Service.

The rooms are comfortable with all the amenities provided. only thing that bothered me was that I was offered a deluxe room despite of having booked an executive room. however, the rooms were changed when brought it to notice.

Room service is quite good but the meal doesn't be assured as I found foreign particles in my meal I ordered. I'm a pure vegetarian but the foreign particle found might of Non Veg. I used to omit by having that meal.

Worst experience I ever had in my life. Nonfunctional lift, regularly interrupted Airtel cable services, no working wi-fi, no mobile network. Pathetic room service and very bad hospitality.
