The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and cooperative. The interior were good and the service was fantastic. The location of the hotel gives easy access to buses, autos, and cabs. There are two point for improvement. 1) The breakfast was served in open on the terrace where bird would come around the food so to avoid that it should be served indoor. 2) A small refrigerator in the room would make a lotta difference. Overall, I still would give South Coast Hotel Thane 5 star. It was worth staying. Hope they continue to maintain and provide the same service.

We had a very good stay and hotel exceeded our expectations. Rooms have got nice interior and all necessary items like tea kettle, wardrobe, good bed, bathroom with all facilities. Hotel management also helped me with the parking space for my vehicle. They serve good quality breakfast with sufficient variety to cater to everyone's taste. Room Service facility is also good. Totally Recommended.

Brilliant and Comfortable. A couple of things that would iron out some creases: 1. they could use some fabric softener on their towels; 2. their breakfast could be room delivered as their breakfast timings is too early
