One of the worst hotels to stay, very very slow response they dont have proper and sufficent staff,no door mats outside the bathroom, no hot water, inspite of calling and askingg reception regarding hot water they dont give any reponse.we had cold water bath in cold climate of 10 degrees,AC not working...total worst and horrible services for the money paid, only bed and linen look clean rest all is simoly bad a nightmare ans worst..

Good rooms with excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Appreciated from the bottom of my heart. Wish to drop in wherever i get a chance to be in agra. Staff behavior was good. Services were good. There was lack of amenities. Location was poor, it was difficult to locate the hotel. There was dining facility, food was same, there was lack of variety in menu. There was toiletries as complimentary services.

My overall stay was good in the property. I have faced some issues at the time of check in but later on it was resolved. I had food over there, and the quality was okay. The location of the property was convenient for me.
