SPOT ON Sangam House

no proper ventilationbroken windowsbroken toilet seatshouse of mosquitoesmanager’s behaviour is not acceptable he talked in very rude way no respect for ladies he told me that you booked . so i am not responsible for the room condition . the floors were wet and dirty the manager words are very impolitehe illtreated usvery bad odour was there we felt very suffocated and unable to sleep . please remove this hotel from your list of hotelsi booked this room because of my trust . it was ruined because of the very rude bad worst behaviour of the manager and the most horrible state of the rooms we were stayedall the locks in the toilets of all rooms are broken we booked a total of 5 rooms . i have booked for triple bed rooms but we were provided with double beds rooms without extra bed . when i asked for extra bed or to provide triple bedrooms the manager straightaway rejected by stating that this is what they can provide if we have any complaints raise the complaint which the room were booked and if you don’t like vacate and go somewhere else and don’t think about getting any refundsthis is my worst experience if possible refund the amount as you have booked a horrible hotel

the stay was very good. the rooms were clean. the staff was very helpful. they arranged transportation for snan. they arranged bikes for us for airport since roads were jammed. we had a pleasant time at kumbh mela because of this hotel and their team

I was totally disappointed when i reached to booked on spot Sangam house because there was very dirty Bathroom, no transport facilities, therefore I need 100% refund my payment without any further delay
