1. Rooms- Small size but cleaning was good Common bathrooms are outside the room. Cleaning was a issue in them. Gyser was there but working in one bathroom not in other. Room with attached bathroom has exactly same size as common bathroom only diff is it has a very small attached bathroom which doesn't hv space for washbasin. U hv too do handwash under normal bath tap. 2. Amenities- There was no hot water available in attached room bathroom even in winter. They says it has solar water heater connection but not working at all. TV was not working but they rectified that on request. 3. Food- I ordered in room and was good. 4. Staff behaviour- Very good

telephone dead koi bhi kaam ho to niche reception pr jakr bolo reception bhi khali pda tha kisi ko wifi k pass bhi nai pta no cable connection in tv geyser me grm paani nai aata raat ko 10 bje gate bnd kr dete h call krne pr koi nai uthata muje 1 hour bhar wait krna pda raat ko bhar bdi muskil se head office me complain krne pr raat ko 11 bje gate khola

hotel experience is good, staff is polite and helpful. they have 2 different types of room, one is spacious and another is bit cramped. Before booking need to check availability of type of room. food is good Hygienic and prompt service

Geyser was not working in the room And the room size was too small. We've ordered tea and the room service was not available. Worst experience till now. I would recommend to not visit this hotel.

Booked executive suite room,Room is same like shown in property images and very spaces.Service and cleaning is also good. Food is also nice. Not any complaints.Satisfied! Fun

TV is not working, geezer is not working, no proper toiletries was available at room...food was also not upto the mark. Overall the stay was not worth it.

First hotel in my life that room n bathroom are separate. rooms on the left side and bathroom on the right side. Never recommended at all ..
