I had reserved for my wife and daughter and they reported at 21.10 hrs on 24.04.25. The manager on duty doesn't have any reservation details and as per his version the lodge doesn't have any computer and only the owner is having online details and caused unnecessary hardships to the traveller's in the wee hours. Then I called the manager from Chennai and counselled him. He was more interested in direct booking. It would be better to blacklist the lodge from your portal as it seems from my experience that the manager is creating unnecessary hardships to the online bookies

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Overall the stay was ok... cons: they did not know of our booking...the room was not cleaned and bedsheets were not changed in advance....we had to ask for it....no proper management... toilets need to be maintained better... pros: Near to all locations....temple and restaurant at a walkable distance...a/c working..tv working...no mosquitoes or other insects in the room...better than most hotels in the region in the same price range....

Sri Bhakyam lodge was subpart for any lodge standards. There was no amenities such as seperate water heater, wifi, no backup inventor, or any seperate AC remote. Moreover, the property manager doesn't allow any privacy to the guest keeps on disturbing the guests and an imperious behaviour towards guest. Overall, it's was abysmal experience and I won't recommend this place to anyone .thanks

not clean. toilet pipe leaking and flow to room. no room service. uncomfortable I vacate room 12th morning. actually I want to get 1 day rent. if possible you may return the amount. it isn't neat & clean - when we open the pipe water flow in the bathroom then to the bed room. i booked for 2 days. stayed only one day.

worst hotel. no proper maintenance. manager don't know the booking details. give booked AC to some one and told non AC 😕 only available. room full of musquitos and cockroaches.. no bed sheet, no drink water.

I paid for 5 people but they charged extra for one person. The rooms are not clean, the toilets are not clean - there was water logging. Very bad stay.
