I am giving 5 star but there are some points to improve. 1. there are no TV channels other than tamil. even one or two other channels available are dubbed to tamil. 2. do not expect any room service. 3. Restaurants for food nearly 2 kms away. 4. bath rooms though look clean are not so in the crevices. 5. plugs though available only one point was really working properly. But, since it was one night stay and since I didn't need room service and had sufficient other engagements giving 5 🌟. otherwise 4 🌟. liked the following. 1. good ac. 2. good room and bed. 3. wifi working. 4. good geyser. 5. dressing table. 6. lighting. further, for info, this is really a good looking (Mahal) marriage hall and the attached rooms at rear top portion are really for the stay of guests. over all a calm place to stay especially if you are a party of 2 to 4 families.

The two rooms we booked were not available when we arrived (8PM !). The person in charge tried to help us by providing the rooms for groove but no AC. The building is under reworking process and the AC is out of service... A real disaster the whole night with mostiquos. We would not sleep. And the area where this guesthouse (not a hotel or similar) is placed didn't give us confidence (kuppam). As we arrived late to Pondicherry, it was too late to find a new hotel as all were already booked on a Saturday night. Very bad experience we had.

Good location, best price in the particular area. Rooms are neat & clean. Staffs are very friendly. Wonderful service from the people over there with proper guidance. All amenities are good, value for money. Overall, it was wonderful stay.

Beautiful guest house and accommodation was excellent but space in the room was little.Staffs were very supportive and dinning was not available but if any one need food they need to order.Location was great.

Hotel is new and it's nice. Its front view is completely unexpected. Hotel service can be improved. Also basic amneties should be provided. Hotel caretaker is very nice. He is ready for service at anytime.

Room was okay. no pillows, no blanket, no towels for 4. I was asked more money, I spite of paying , everything. No hotels near by, had to go 12 kms. to eat. No hotel person available at all.

It is a good hotel to stay. It was a diwali day only security guy was there who helped to get the keys and toiletries. Room was clean.Toilet was clean and hygienic.

Its location is wrong in the Google. It is actually near the police station. And there is no food service.
