If you want to dump your hard earned money then book your stay in this hotel. Room was smelly, washroom was dirty and there were trash of cigarettes behind the washbasin. Service staff don't have manners as they were trying to open your room without your permission and when you confront them, they will try to give you lame excuses. One of the worst stay i ever had and it's not even safe for single person. Beware of them.

Overall, the staff was respectful. However, the room felt suffocating because the air conditioning shuts off after 10 minutes, requiring a call to reception to restart it, which is quite odd. A thorough renovation is needed, including replacing the cushions and bed sheets.

Overall experience is horrible .The room was not clean. The bedsheet was torn. People were staring at me with strange eyes. I asked to change the room but they said all the rooms are like this. and The location is also bad.

my years preferred hotel due to metro connectivity 50 mtrs, new delhi train station at 10 min auto distance , staff is welcoming always especially salman manager, this is my visit at this property after 8yrs.

My experience in the hotel was very good, the behavior of the staff of Hotel Star View was also very good, this hotel is at a very good location, overall it is a excellent hotel, happy with their service.

Nothing was appropriate in the hotel. Nor the bathroom neither the basic facilities was appropriate. Whole room was damped and lots of cockroaches was roaming. The manager was also rude in behaviour.

It was a pleasant stay and staff is very gentle and polite, nice location, good comfy rooms, ready to help you anytime and good food with warm hospitality. Love to stay agin. All the best

the stay was horrible. the room was dirty with unwashed blanket and towel. i didn’t expect such a pathetic service. on top of it, he charged 25 rupees for water bottle.
