One of the worst experiences! To start with1. The room I booked wasn't available and I discovered that after reaching the hotel.2. Then the owner offered me a different room in a different hotel called "Hotel Stay Residency"3. The room couldn't be older and dustier than what it was. Guess the floors were not mopped for ages. 4. The bathroom didn't have a single hanger to hang even your towels.5. The flush was broken.6. A/c working but no remote to control temprature - it's just ON or OFF.7. Hot water - no chance.8. Cobwebs all over the room.9. Complaint raised with team - executive calls me and tells me that the owner is not answering the call. I'll give you a coupon for ₹732 - which anyways we get while booking. Such a poor response.I was already drained from travel and took the room to just crash in and move out first thing in the morning.I wish there was a ZERO STAR option. Never ever go to this place, that's my sincere request!
