unhygienic & not cleaned place. you can see bmc dustbin at the entrance near stairs, inside the premises. water geyser is not working and no exhaust in washroom. water leakage in washroom. unpleasant smell in the premises. people smokes wid and drink inside the premises. they have promised me lower bed but when i have reached for check in no one available to guide and lower bed was not available. overall very bad experience with this property.

Thanks to Stay Villa for making first ever experience in a dormitory beautiful. I was hesitant about the environment and the facilities before coming, but I've stayed there for a very long time and it literally felt like home. thank you stay villa❤️🙏🏻

Not cleaned at all with Unpleasant smell. Water geyser was not working in two washroom and exhaust fan was not there. Water leakage from wall in washroom. BMC dustbin is inside the premises. People even smoke weed even though it is not allowed.

The actual look and feel are not as per the pictures provided in your website. It is not being maintained well. We experienced a lot of bad smells in the staircase. No proper hot water facility.
