This hotel is very nice. We went there by 2 AM and they kept followed up about our arrival since afternoon and are available when we reach there. Safe Parking space for car is available at basement. Decent staff who are professional, polite and friendly. The lady at reception always responded with smile and enthusiasm which is very welcoming. They provided complimentary breakfast which is very good in quality and taste. Tea also provided which is ok in taste.Con:Our room is 106 and its bathroom door is not getting locked. We forgot to mention this to them as we are in hurry. Hope if they see this review please fix it. Otherwise everything is fine. Polite helpful staff. Safe

The Hotel is very near to the main road. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff especially the receptionist is very kind and helpful. She assisted me very well during my stay. The food served is very homely and tasty. It is located in a commercial building. Overall experience is amazing The hotel maintains safety for its guests perfectly. The staff is humble and very professional towards their work

overall stay was very good. we stayed 3 persons for one night. room size ok and was cleaned properly with clean lilen. bathroom cleanness was so and so and there is scope for improvement. hotel floor has a lobby with sofa. food served was homely and tasty. staffs were very cooperative. stay experience justified its tariff. regards

It was Very good experience after a long time. The room was clean.The most important part is the support given by the staff,all of them.Just to name a few Miss Pooja,Mr.Saurabh,Mr.Pran & others were very polite and courteous.The food was also Good & Hygienic.If i visit Ranchi again will definitely stay here.

It was an amazing and comfortablr stay for 3 nights for me. Staffs were really nice and homely and the homely bengali food was a relief for me at the end of the day. It is just 10 min walk from Ranchi railway station and is well connected to all communications. Will love to visit again.

something different. entry and reception arey simple. room is good. neat and clean.staff is excellent. menu is very limited. good restaurant nearby. laundry takes 24 hrs from 9 at night. spacious sofas outside the room for meeting or eating. no desk to work or eat in room.

I had a amazing experience staying in stay villa. Its in old manali... quiet and calm place. Surrounding is amazing. You can hear river sound from balcony. Quite place. You can work watching mountains and river.
