Staff inappropriate behaviour and hotel basic amenities are very poor with very poor hygiene and cleanliness. And also charged me extra money for early check in 3 hours before the scheduled time, which was mentioned in their terms and conditions in spite of vacant or availability of rooms. Never wish to visit this hotel again and also requesting visitors no to do booking of this hotel.

First of all it's not clean and not well sanitized. bathroom was good though toiletries weren't provided, even towel. later provided when asked for. Towel was dirty with stains, bedsheets and bed covers were dirty with as well. Staff was good but not rooms were not worth for. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Geyser, tv, AC anything is not in a working condition. Bed-sheet was too much dirty and several marks on it. When I asked them to change the bed sheet, they changed that and the new one was worsen than that. Room and bathroom was also very dirty.
