sterling corbett is a huge, serene, and beautifully located property, nestled deep inside the jungle. if you're looking for peace and silence away from the crowd, this place delivers exactly that. however, the remoteness has its drawbacks — it’s very far from dhikuli (the main safari hub), and if you're planning a safari, be prepared for a 25 km drive back to the city just to begin the experience. this can be inconvenient for wildlife enthusiasts. the monkey menace is a serious issue here. while the staff warns you about it, no concrete measures like grill installations or balcony railings have been taken. two rooms were even raided by monkeys during our stay. it’s unfortunate that the premium balcony experience is rendered unusable due to this. proactive steps are much needed. on a positive note, the food is truly amazing, and the hospitality stands out. rakesh ji ensures guest needs are well taken care of, and vinay ji from the restaurant is an outstanding host, making each meal feel special. in short, a great place if you want jungle seclusion and good food, but not ideal for safari-focused trips or those expecting secure outdoor spaces at a premium property.
