Hotel Sudarshan Grand

first this is not for family,rooms are tooo small the lady who I spoke with not good at all commercial mind set...before booking the hotel I spoken to she told me there are king beds.....when I checked this hotel in Goibibo app it's showing as queen bed when I booked and went to hotel there is queen bed which is not compfort for 3members I asked about the issue the person told me every bed is queen bed in hotel I feel very bad...I went early chekin at 7am they charged 1300 i thaught its ok when i checked out late around 11pm they charged 2000 but break fast is ok I gave 2stars for restaurent service there customer support was very good especially Manager Mahindra and captain toofan and team was good ......they give 1water bottel per day as complimat ...when i tooke late check-out they charged 2000 they didn't give waterbottle I asked to receptionist she simply sad that u r in check out so we can't give water bottle.eventhough I am paying 2000more. i spend 3days I paid nearlyl 9000 or more but very disappointed and comming too rooms near cupboards black ants are soomany and room getting smell like old rooms very bad smell...who owns it i don't know but he has to observe the hotel very clearly... hotel staff are not good at there work.. don't book this hotel if you effort little more go to better one.....and i asked about big room one person i don't no the name he told to reception person show us a big room which his boss family wil use i thaught that will be good and they sad if you like additional 1500 will be chargeable i thaught it will be ok but room is same liitle bit space for lagugge if you book in royalton hotel privilege room wil come it will be less also if he have additional discount...not good at all bad service...I won't book this hotel in my lifetime......

I booked for the stay using flexible check in option. But on Reaching the hotel, i was told to pay 700 extra for early check in. When i asked about the App, they told that it was just to lure customers. Very unprofessional. Please See that it will be resolved.

Location , staff, cleaning all are good but room size is so small.Note: Food is very tasty at terracotta restorant at 5th floor.Restorant staff is very very superb.Thanks

there are staff behaviour was very rude. my booking for two days but there are key unlock system is every day that's why facing trouble when i came outside.
