Nice place to relax and chill. Suman resorts service is excellent 👌. Food is freshly cooked and hygienic. The hotel staff is very cooperative and polite. The view from the rooms is excellent all valley and mountain range siting. Over all a very pleasant experience and found it value for money. There isn't much to do in Binsar anyways so it's a place to chill and relax!! places to visit and things to do are 1. zero point 2 kms track. 2. kasar devi holy temple 3. Golu dev temple 4. Hang around on Hippi street as few cafes are there 5. Bird sentry drive on your way to zero point. Come here to just chill and relax! carry books, cards, Speaker some boose in case you drink ! Enjoy the property and small walks around it. over all 4 stars out of 5 to Suman resort and Binsar

NO ROOM SERVICE FOR DINNER.. WE ASKED THEM TO SERVE IN ROOM BUT THEY DENIED AND THE REASON THEY WERE GIVING WAS SO SILLY. WHEN I ASK THEM TO GV REASON FOR NON SERVICE THEY TOLD ME COUSTMER MAKE THE BEDSHEET DIRTY WHILE EATING. AND SECOND PERSON GIVE ME THE REASON THAT THEY DNT HAVE STAFF TO SERVE SO HAVE TO CUM DOWN. REASON WAS FULL OF FOOLISHNESS.. WE SPEND ** TO BOOK THIS HOTEL AND THIS REASONWAS SO SHAMEFULL... I AM NOT GOING TO BOOK ANY OF THE HOTEL FROM GOIBIBO THEY ARE CHEAT. STAFF WAS NON COOPERATIVE WAS NOT TALKING PROPERLY. EVEN THEY CREATE ISSUE FOR PARKING SPACE ALSO... ONETHING I ONLY LIKE IS INFRASTRUCTURE OF HOTEL PLACE (BINSAR) AND ENVIRONMENT. I'LL ADVISE TO GO TO BINSAR BUT DNT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.....

The location was wonderful with view of Himalayan range during early morning and evenings. The service was amazing special mention for Mr. Sanjay and Mr Ajit in service. Really good hospitality. Food was also good. The ground area could have been better layed out with better landscaping. All in all a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. Binsar is much better than other tourist traps with not much crowd.. The rooms were spacious and wonderful balcony area.

Very courteous staff. The resort location is very good (about 5 KM fron Binsar Bird Sanctuary) and the rooms are valley-facing allowing breath-taking view of Himalayas. Resort manager Mr Sanjay was very helpful and took good care of us.Also guided us for site-seeing. Food quality was excellent and Mr Prakash took care to prepare dishes as per our requirement. Overall a memorable experience.

This hotel is overly priced considering the limited amenities as small as no room refrigerator availability leading to dependency on the staff for anything and everything. The staff is super slow in providing service. The rooms are just fine and considerably highly priced with limitation of amenities. The food is good but the portion size is less. Overall it's not a value for money.

Location was nice.all rooms have balcony and the view from balcony was worth it.service was good, staff was quite co-operative. Quality of food was also nice, there was variety of food available. There were many options for kids too. Resort was couple friendly. Place is worth visiting. Peaceful place to spend quality time with your spouse

Awesome experience, all rooms r spacious and have a balcony with Himalayan views. Have not seen better service in any other resort/hotels, staff is proactive & is there with requirement within seconds..Overall a great place for a peaceful holiday.

it has no beauty, no flowers, no aesthetics arrange for a nature resort. more of a hotel than resort. facilities are far disconnected. lacks basics like chair tables for evening sit outs. lottery
