Location of this hotel is very nice. Nice view of mountain can get from every room. The rooms are large and very clean. Bathrooms are clean too. Hot water provided at morning only (water is scarce at Kausani). Service stuffs are very polite and well behaved. Food is not much good and costly also. Overall good family hotel.

I had booked a deluxe room with mountain facing. the room had good view. However, basic amenities provided like wardrobe hangers table etc. were not cleaned enough. Also, the room had no privacy as the small window above the door were of transparent glass, so anyone could see through it if they wanted.

Employees are very helpful. We reached at night 12:00 O'clock. I never thought that they would wait until we reached. They served dinner as they asked before we reached there. @Rooms condition: This not perfect. Hot water is available only morning time as geyser is not installed in Bathroom.

I booked a deluxe room but the owner gave me super deluxe room that was really appreciable. The room and washroom was clean, spacious and ventilated. 180 degree view of Himalayan Range from the balcony was spectacular. The only thing which I missed was snowfall.

My stay was overall good. Reception manager upgraded the room and given me cottage instead of Deluxe room. It was comfortable, services was good. Only food was not up to the mark. They have to change their cook immediately. Rest all behavior, services all good.

A satisfactory halt station at Kaushani on the way from nainital to munsiyari... The room service and the food was also good.... The view of the great nanda devi range and Panchochulli range was worth witnessing with the sunrise view....

Staff is very very co-operative but owner's behaviour is extremely rude and not according to professtional standard. Location is best but property requires renovation particularly electric points, flooring and locks.

we took super delux Himalaya facing room. food -fresh n nice view -perfect location-good staff behaviour-good basically room quality is bad..ground floor rooms are pathetic n having kitchen nearby makes it unbereable

The location is good. Staff and management are very helpful and polite. Room is good. I booked a cottage for two days. I thanked GOIBIBO and hotel. I recommend this to others Traveller. It's good for family also.

the cottage rooms are excellent with a majestic view of the mountains. the room is kids friendly and has a small garden at the back with a play area for kids. wonderful food and very good room service.
