Excellent Location. Very Near to Marine Drive and Main Attractions. On the way of Gudi Padwa Shobha yatra route. Our standard room is very small. Fit for 2. No ventilation or Exhaust except AC in our room. Now only renovations undertaken. Manager Kapil is a smooth one. We don't know fluency of Hindi. But he guided us at his level best. A vegetarian hotel (Special Tea House) is nearer to this hotel. Food is well. plenty of shopping facilities available.

I booked for three people, the room was too small, it was hard to adjust the third matress, and there was rarely any space to walk, staff was okay, they didn't provide extra towels, but okay with the price point.

Rooms are little small.. Good for 2 people. Location is good (adjacent to st. Teresa church) . Girgaon Chowpatty n Marine drive only 1km away. Walking distance. Try shiv Krishna n anapurna restaurant. Good food.

romm is very small... and better for family. not for bachelor... because drink is not allowed in hotel... and in room no window so we are safogation in the room.. staff behave good with us..

the staff nd manager behaviour nd service was well good. we booked deluxe 3 bedroom but there was adjustment problem,so the manager offered us 4 bedroom without any extra charges.
