As you can see in the images I have uploaded the discription says bathtub included in the room type. Well that was not available, no study room also. bed was hard like rock and the fan was a high rusted wall fan. AC was fluctuating Everytime. The only thing good was the balcony which was sea facing. Parking is limited. bedsheets were not clean and only 1 towel was provided for 2 guests. Bed sheets and blanket were not good. they were dirty. Room was very small.

The hotel in Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.It was clean, stylish, with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Terrible experience staying here. Couldn't sleep the whole night as there was a problem with the circuit breaker system of electricity. AC was not working and was hot inside. Every 10 minutes I have to go to the corridor to turn on the circuit board switch. No intercom to call staff. No one in reception area. Bed full of ants, the biting ones. No drinking water in the room. No television...the given number was wrong...

Room was good, but three negatives: 1. No balcony lights at side view rooms, it makes difficult to enjoy balcony view at night time 2. Toilet jet spray doesn't work properly especially in side view rooms 3. parking space has to be improved, it has space to park only two cars inside property. Don't take the side view rooms , go for the deluxe rooms for best experience

Beautifully located. Reasonable price. Good for two days stay. See and sky visible from the room. The issues are they did not keep drinking water bottle s, no dust bin, no mirror in the room or in bath room. AC works well. Break fast OK. Dinner horrible. But I say enjoined my stay.

Positives are: resort is near the sea so you can enjoy the sea closely. good wibe, clean spacious room, Good service. Negatives: nothing more is given to you other than a simple breakfast and some bottle of water. welcome drinks could be included.

nice place. close to the beach just a road across. loved the view from the balcony. they dont have a blanket when asked they only supply blanket cover 😝😳😅. we are still laughing to this reply. A/C room with blanket cover 😂😁ok.

Average experience, room is not well maintained. Staffs are friendly. But you get a great view and a beautiful sunset, also accessing payyambalam beach is very easy, food delivery from Zomato, swiggy is available.

I booked a deulex room with sea vie but they provided me with a standard double room and the room was full of dust. I booked a dulexe room but they did not change the room. I would not recommend it to anyone

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended Had a great experience overall.

nice location but mobile network is weak. food is not available there but nearby restaurants are delivering. late check-out is allowed without extra charges till 4 pm if no other check-in comes.

The stay was good. The deluxe room themes are well crafted. The location is too good. We could hear the sounds of the waves throughout. Swiggy is available too.

It was a wonderful stay. The rooms had perfect view of the beach.And the sound of the waves wakes you up in the morning.The caretake was very helpful.

Amenities need to be improved as some of basic things were unavailable. But staffs were awesome (chandan and 1more guy cook)were really very good.
