This has been my wife and I's first time visiting India. When we came to Jaislmer we had been in India for 5 weeks. This hotel has been by far the most comfortable and welcoming experience we have had. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and speak excellent English. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is free drinking water 24/7. We took the sunset camel ride and desert dinner and had a wonderful time. It is absolutely worth your time! As for the city it has also been our favorite destination in India so Near. If you are coming to Jaisalmer do yourself a favor and stay here. You won't regret it!

Best value for money Hotel in Jaisalmer. Staff are very supportive... Mr. Gyanchand is the most supportive person. He can take care of your all needs in Jaisalmer... Highly recomenedade this Sungold hotel..

The hotel room was not cleaned and the location is quite difficult to reach. The hotel has facilities but is not maintained properly. The booking can be done at your risk.
