Hotel is well designed with professional staff, but is overpriced for the facilities. Hotel does not have a mini gym or any indoor games. On the room TV, only free to air channles were available. null of the paid channels were working. Even WiFi signal in the room was tripping every now and then. Hotel is 5 kilometers away from the city center, but it does not have a proper kitchen. They only have a cafe that offers a limited range of snacks. So, you have to depend on services like Zomto or Swiggy for your lunch and dinner. So, hotel has a nice feel and a friendly staff, but there is not much to do incase you decide to stay back throughout the day. We liked the room, they were big and airy. But there was nothing to do in the hotel on the day we were stuck in due to heavy rains. There is no means of entertainment available on the property.

Stayed here for one night, while the eco hotel concept and the hotel design aspect is good, the service from staff is not good. Staff require lot of training on how to interact with guests. Deluxe room is ok, but The TV does not have even the free channels subscribed. This is another disappointment for us. Breakfast quality to be improved and poor service from staff make it a bad experience. They don't provide lunch and dinner. Considering the room tariff, it is not a value for money.Overall, it's like they have a good product but they don't know how to market it and service it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.The rooms were well maintained..Complimentary buffet breakfast was provided which was of very good quality and tasted delicious...I like that it's an eco hotel so there was no plastic insight...The rooms were pretty spacious and there's also a balcony with some plants and seating...The bathrooms were also clean and are in good condition..I would definitely recommend this hotel if you like to stay not so far from the town of chikmagalur

I stayed in Deluxe plus room. which I got for 1k less in goibibo than direct booking. This hotel has one of the best architecture. i wanted to stay in this hotel because of the architecture. since it's made up of all earthly material it's cooler then usual even without AC/fan. Breakfast was tummy filling and standard buffet. staffs were kind but ok. rooms are clean and beautiful. no covered parking. location is within city which they have already mentioned.

I would say this will be the best place to stay in with your family as well as your friends! I was a bit tensed regarding the air conditioning but thats the best part, even though you don't have an AC you will feel as comfortable as it should be. The air was so real and lite.Stay to experience the sustainability. Its not just said, its shown and felt. The food and the hospitality was too good. “Its a worth for the money you spend”

Stayed at the property for 2 nights primarily to have good internet connectivity for work- and we weren't disappointed. Internet works quite well. Property is amazing and the interiors, bedding etc is neat and eye catchy. Kudos to the owners and the team for a thoughtful concept around sustainability. Would recommend this property to anyone who wants to come for business or work from Chikmagalur with good internet connectivity.

the hotel was quite close to the heart of the city and was in a peaceful location. ms. kavya at the reception was very helpful. hotel also gave good recommendations for restaurants to hat lunch or dinner from, as they only have a cafe. they do allow swiggy and zomato delivery. not much of a view from the hotel. it'll be good if they can add some indoor games and a small farm having rabbits, etc

Overall a Wonderful stay here.. 🥰 A quiet place & sustainable design gives you a different vibe during the stay... Recommendable for couples 🥰 The complimentary breakfast was so nice & tasty..... We booked a semi-deluxe room There was a slight difference between the room & the images on the website which is not so important... Hope i visit again 🤩

The weather was awesome at the hotel and the amenities were very well welcomed and food was the worst part as they do not have service after 930pm as well evening starts at 630 anything within this time is pathetic that was the only draw back at the stay we eat food normally after 10 pm that led me to upset.

The overall experience was excellent. The service was good and even after 10 pm they responded really well. The rooms were really clean and hygienic and the amenities were really good It is the best place to stay in chikmagalur with a really nice cafe Im looking forward to visit this place again

I would suggest a complete NO for this hotel. 1. Location - Unreachable 2. Manager - most unreasonable and unprofessional 3. Amenities - Not ready or do not provide ( Media Room, TV, pillow choices, safety locker, body lotions , etc. ) Not worth visiting , too expensive Everything
