I'm disappointed with my recent stay. I booked a deluxe room and paid accordingly, but was given an executive room instead. The female receptionist's attitude was also unhelpful. To avoid similar issues, I suggest reviewing your room categorization and pricing to ensure alignment with bookings. If room categories or prices have changed, consider updating your website and booking system. I'd appreciate feedback to the receptionist on providing better customer service.

Travel across the Maharashtra after the covid conditions but never felt so good. very clean and a really good stay far from the home.... Keep it upFeel like a home as the privileged service from the very prominent and helpful treatment from everyone. well behaved and very polite staff... Like to stay every time when we will visit to Hyderabad... Thank you so much.

The location is not easily identifiable. They does not have resturant and rooms are ok ok not as much as good and bad. In bathrooms the towel handle is broken. tv is not working. There is one person who talks rudely except that person all staffs are good. They talk with you in very good manner.

Room was hygienic and well maintained. Hot water facility is not for 24hours and available only in the mornings. TV dish was deactivated and was not provided despite complaint raised. Washrooms were clean. Overall, a good place to stay for a short time.

Mention as 2 hours complimentary checkout but they charged 300rs extra for 2 hours. No cleaning of room and toilets after check in. No bedsheet, pillow cover change after check in. Location is very interior very difficult to got cabs. No room service

actually they didn’t allot me any room when i went there ..they said we have no vacancies. we can’t provide you any roomslater when i argued for 15-20 min ..they accepted to provide room near by another hotelit was horrible experienceas of total

HOTEL IS NOT GOOD FOR FAMILIES TO STAY. THEY ALLOW NO.OF UNMARRIED COUPLES..TV DOESN'T WORK.DRINKING WATER NOT PROVIDED. AC NOT IN CONDITION. POOR SANITATION. NO PROPER CLEANING OF ROOMS. NO RESPONSE FOR ISSUES RAISED. FINALLY NOT SATISFIED.

ok hotel for bachelors not to be recommended for families. fan was noisy . couldn't sleep. tv recharge was not done inspite of continuous request.
