no water provided, smoking in lifts and lobbies, sometimes access card is not working, cable tv is not working properly, no racks to keep clothes. should be more decent enough in these

Good hotel. Rooms small but adequate. One corridor was filled with cigarette smell. They immediately changed our room. Room and bathroom are clean. No issues.
