Worst experience. The rooms were not ready on time. There were cockroaches in room. It was dirty, no dusting or cleaning done. When asked for room change, they said everything is booked . I paid for big room but was given small room. I paid 200 extra for breakfast but they said they don’t have kitchen or canteen. When asked for money back, they said call customer care. The manager was not available. It was a chaos. Another man who had been given a key, came back and said the house keeping staff was taking a bath in the allotted room.

Rooms are not cleaned properly during my check in. Inner wears used by previous customers were available in the bath room. No basic kits like toothpaste/ soap/ shampoo been provided. Even water bottles are charged for Rs. 25/can. Also no interconnect phone available in rooms to reach out for admin/ hospitality in case of emergency.
