Stayed for 2 days, didn't feel any issue. One issue is there - price of food. Probably, it is due to their regular customers like couple. Ranchi is a terrible place in terms of electricity supply. Where as in small village from WB, I don't have to face it, I countered it in a State Capital.

The room are not that clean . There were roaches. They didn't even provide us towel .They only fetch mineral water to your room if you want Normal water, you would have to go by yourself .The staff is good . The food is nice a little expensive though.

it was very convenient and the staff was helpful. great location, easy to get in and out of the city. the staff was wonderful. the hotel is well maintained. the beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. the food was good.

experience was okay okay.. however room was good but dirty bedsheets and towels...door locks were jammed, ac wasn't working... service was too slow.

Stay in hotel is horrible 😫 😩. AC remote not work ,bathroom door not lock it's stuck. ceiling fan just moving 🐌......it's worsted for stay
