After the room change and guest inclusion effected, a new room on the ground floorß alloted It's a big room with attached toilet which is very dangerous for guests. First, it has two steps to reach the latrine or bathroom which are separate. The steps are awkwardly placed. There is every possibility that the guest occupying this room may slip down the stairs after having bath. Secondly, there is emergency exit inside the passage leading to the bathroom which can be risky. Food is also very costly. I guess the width of the hotel is hardly 16 feet which does not give enough space to build rooms. Really, it is not worth staying there. All the rooms are quite small. There is a ventilation problem in almost all rooms. Yes, the staff particularly Mr. Manoj Tiwari is a very nice and helpful person who seems to be of help to every customer. Support staff is also very good. I had a talk with Mr Tiwari and apprised of these problems which if any untoward incident takes place, the hotel will be in a very precarious situation. Approach to the hotel is also not good. It's situated in a dilapidated lane where even carrying strolly bags is cumbersome.

AC Gyser wifi tv were all available but tv was not recharged with smart pack. Rooms are not very spacious and room was clean but not very clean perhaps winter is the reason because carpet in the room was wet.staff's behaviour is very polite. for student, to stay for a night is right decision. good deal

Staff is good. Hotel is at Nice location. Room is neat and clean n. There is only bar in the hotel and no restaurant. Tea is not available in the hotel. Breakfast menu is same for all days no change in items. Only coffee served which is not hot. Except restaurant hotel is good

Excellent.... Nice & prime location... staff members are good and polite... Room is clean... bathroom is clean... suggest for family... couples... and single woman...
