At the time of checkin they are demanding extra cash apart from full booking payment they was like that was our room price we don't want to give you on that price at that time am very tired because i am travelling from last one week so I don't want any kind of trouble at that time i wAnt rest so i give extra cash to receptionist very pathetic experience

The person mentioned that the price for which i have booked was less and he was asking extra amount. both should have a better clarity on the pricing before the booking is done. I had a very bad experience while check-in. I hope this will not happen in the future bookings
