I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite my expectations of a comfortable and hassle-free experience, I encountered several issues that marred my stay.Details of the Issues1. *Room Condition*: Upon check-in at 9 pm, I found the room to be unhygienic. The TV was not working, the ceiling fan and air conditioner were making annoying noises, and there were issues with the washroom door.2. *Communication and Checkout*: I had informed the staff during booking that I would be checking out on Tuesday evening. However, on Tuesday at 11 am, the staff demanded that I check out immediately or pay extra charges without any prior notice. This lack of communication and flexibility was unacceptable.3. *Staff Behavior*: The front office staff was aggressive and unhelpful, while the lady staff (supervisor) spoke to me in a commanding tone and was unwilling to listen to my concerns.After a lengthy discussion(arguments), I was asked to pay ₹500 as extra charges, which I reluctantly paid via phone pe.I hope that you will take my complaints seriously and take necessary actions to improve the service and facilities at your hotel. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to address these issues.
