Room was quite good but the size of rooms is small. surrounding is not so good. Building is still under construction and there is no proper road to to reach the building. If you are going with someone whom you want to impress, I would suggest not to go. I would rather suggest Twin towers. Though staff was good and supporting. I went there with my friends to celebrate birthday. We were not much concerned about the locality and the building. We enjoyed the birthday. Luckily I got a good room. However, the building and locality is not so good. Carpenting work was going on in the building and it was quite messy with construction stuff. Overall it was an 'okay' experience.

first, Location was not accessible, Even Map didn't helped us locating the place... in google it has designer studio as property name and here they have mentioned Deshmukh nivas... it was alot confusing... There were no proper roads. Rooms were way too small. Jet spray was leaking full time ( wastage of water, though the property was new but had to face this issue). THERE WAS NO LIFT. Rooms were clean but small, Kitchen was good, with fridge & R.o & Crockeries. Outside food was allowed.

Though it's located in the outskirt of the city but it's fine & it wasn't a problem as well as it's reachable. The biggest con here was it's kitchen which was too messy & was not at all clean. Induction was not there in it & the crockery were broken as well. The flush was also leaking in the washroom. The best thing about the whole stay was the room which was fine with all the amenities in it working properly. Overall it was a decent stay with many cons with it.

Hotel Room condition is very bad .room service was very bad. Third grade hotel.Room was dirty. Bed and mattress was in bad condition.curtain was dirty. bathroom was broken and bad condition.Water was leakage from AC. TV was not working. Towel was not provided by Hotler. Bucket and Mug was Dirty. In booking Breakfast was included but not provided by the Hotel.Overall very bad experience.

Pro: Good stay, very cheap at 560.rs, washroom n hot water Okay okay. con: 1)If you have your personal vehicle then only you can search this property. No proper road to access. 2) no Lift in building 3) No proper wifi 4) no Breakfast even its mention while booking 5) bed sheets are clean but its old but we got everything clean. Good for couples if you have ur personal vehicle.

Very BAD experience about clealiness... dirty bedsheets, No Tv connection, No breakfast (Even though mention in app)... wifi problem... bunch of problems were there... I will not recommend to stay here. They should be focus and should be very strict with what they claimed to be offer to customers...

The hotel does not have any TV subscription Very untighty and foul smell Also does not have lift facility at all There is also a current supply in the bathroom tap....so be careful ! They don't have electricity backup and very frequent power outage issue So plz avoid booking rooms in this hotel

If there is zero star then I will give this hotel.. if they give you free of stay plz do not take it. pathetic hotel. zero room service 4 to 5 time ask for towel but didn't provide by the hotel.. for me horrible experience so I will never come to this place again..

hotel is pathetic... bedding were very very dirty and used.. tiolet are non hygiene. TV and AC not working and even if you registered with breakfast there is no such facility available at the premises... not worth at all to stay at this location

Room Certainly not the way it is been shown, Cleaning is big time issue, Water leaked from bathroom to room, Breakfast not Provided even afer charging for it. Staff is very nice and friendly, Overall good for Couples, Bachelor, Students.

Good stay, the caretaker was polite. hotel is close to necessary amenities and hinjewadi phase 1. best part , it was an affordable booking.

Worst hotel. They booked my stay and denied accomodation. The caretaker was rude. Their number do not work. Don't book this hotel.
