The hotel manager didn't allowed my guest to come at early morning, even i had booked rooms before 4 days. And then the gave me another hotel , which is very bad. I tried to talk to service staff but the connection didnot work. Mtlb aapko apne arrival timing hotel ke according set krne hoge. I had alrdy pay them in advannce,still they did this nonsence thing with me

Hotel is shabby with unclean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms have a weird smell and TV never works, even after multiple complaints, nothing could be done as all rooms had similar condition. breakfast is not good and never served on time.

Bad experience in this hotel , room was not good, door was broken, no handwash there, hotel kitchen staff absent, bad service... Very very bad experience, I don't recommend this anyone, they also charge extra from me...

No lights, ac not working, tv not working pillows in bad condition.. total money waste. i told hotel reception that no ac no light no tv how can we stay here.. he told i have no room with ac and tv..

Very poor experiance. I think OYO have libralised timely property check-up routiene. I will not advice anyone to use OYO atleast this hotel. Staffs were rude also....

Ac was not working they say cancel booking is you can't stay and I can't cancel because my booking was nonrefundable and the behaviour of worker was very ugly

**** provide comolementry checkin by 10AM , but they charged me 300₹ for that And YES room was available at that point of time. Thats very disappointed.
