The Hotel is surrounded by unpleasant conditions. The Hotel Staff is Disrespectful towards senior old aged guests. I booked a room here for my parents aged 70 and 60 years. The Hotel staff behaved in a hostile manner with them and asked my parents to park their outside on the streets instead of inside the hotel premises. My parents with their ailments and travel weariness had to wander around for 2 hours but couldn't find a parking because of the busy city congestion. My father had to be taken to a doctor finally and my parents left the place without being allowed checkin.. The customer service team is taking forever to provide me my refund.

never stay this hotel. i was disappointed. furthermore, they don't even enforce their check-in policies, which makes it unsuitable for families. i would never recommend this hotel to families.the hotel's policies and standards are extremely low, and i believe it's not suitable for your customers.

Very dirty bed sheets. Room also not cleaned, No drinking water, No TV, No hot water, For early check in they are charged Rs. 250/- for two hours. As per the booked amount, they are not an allotting room. Extra charging.
