i was amazed by the location. but hotel management denied the booking saying that they don't accept booking. i had to call customer support (oyo in this case) and ask their intervention to sort this thing out. it almost took over an hour to make things clear. lastly the manager accepted the booking we checked in finally. the room organised was okay okay. the bathroom was recently used by staff or guest i don't know but it was not that clean. traces of some urine were still on wc. in the morning we checked out again on asking about the breakfast hotel management denied saying they don't provide. i want to know why this trouble when we are booking online when it suppose to serve the procese easily. and why there isn't any proper information available on the app? need to figure this out goibibo team. i have faced such incident through goibibo booking many a times.

The staff was really supportive and accommodating Good spacious rooms with modern amenities, Very easy check-in, cooperative staff, clean rooms Fantastic place with good and standard facilities.
