placed in the main market area is the only USP of this place. The bathrooms were dirty the sweeper was not available most of the time. Complimentary breakfast don't have options the hotel will furnish the same Puri sabzi everyday. The hotel don't have a parking. And the abandoned cinema hall adjacent to the hotel is hotspot of shady people playing gambling the whole day. The staff is gentle but no support from the hotel senior management.

Place is good, easy to locate, and good neighborhood, but the staffs are not efficient, and cleanliness is okay but not upto mark they didn't asked any irritating question, provided easy check in, they waited us sometime by telling booking not confirmed , its resolved in minutes, its okay

They literally don't have any idea of comfort and convenience in a stay. The photos of rooms in the listing is totally misleading. Don't know which hotel's photos they uploaded. The geyser was not working and the simple solution they offered was to go to nearby room for showering!!!

location wise odd untrained staff when I was enter in the room found very dirty. used condom found in bathroom. Room rate is too high comparing to other hotel. damaged Almirah kept in the room. Bedsheet and pillow cover very dirty. Overall experience was very very bad.

one of the worst hotel I ever stay because of multiple reasons 1. when I go to Hotel at check-in time they said there is no booking form your name. 2.toilet is not clean. 3.room beds are too durty. 4.

Worst service provided by hotel and the hotel was very dirty.They does not work for customer satisfaction they are just giving the room no hygiene nothing cleaned.

At a cost of 1400 per day this hotel is not having any facilities. small tv with no cable connection or set top box. Bathroom is also not cleaned well

Easily check in... friendly and well behaviour staff.. safe and good place for unmarried couples... bedroom and toilet is clean and hygienic.

Property is not good for the family. Room was small and dirty, the bed sheet and pillow given were in very bad condition.
