i stayed for my eye operation needsmall size bed size shower button damaged and not turning off. its not repaired though complained, and can't shower with operated eyehangers not available-when asked 2 givenno toilet paperfan sound is disturbingonly one chair available ac has not given effective coolingdoors needs maintenance, as it has become to open r close door.felt that not given a good room.land line intercom is not working finewhen asked for a room change, told that all rooms are sameif improved 5 star can be givenroom no 405

I stayed there for 10 days and here's my review: Pros: 1) location wise it's great , main road is close. metro station is close and you can find basic amenities nearby. 2) for the price , the hotel room is pretty good, spacious, washroom is clean etc. 3) staff is helpful and courteous. Drawbacks: 1) complimentary breakfast needs to be improved at all costs while the paid food is good 2) bedsheets have stains and cleaner sheets should be provided. 3) food isn't allowed from outside. 4) sometimes the room service took very long

Don't believe them....promised me early check-in when I called them a day before my booking and when I went in the morning they simply denied it. Further, they even don't provide any mineral water bottles....you have to fill your bottle from the dispenser. Every morning you need to call and ask for towels...WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

Location nad cleanliness was average, basic amenities like towels and toiletries are below average. Kitchen service was very poor. Rooms were small and pillows were not comfortable. No drawers were there in the furniture to keep the personal belongings. Lack of furniture and amenities.

Third class hote,l never book this hotel , I book this hotel because they provide early check in although they taken Rs -300 /- charges for early check in. This very dirty hotel. Not even towel they provide. Pathetic service. Blanket and bedsheets are very dirty.

it's clean and nice to stay. everything is accessible. parking available. only thing is boiler kettles not provided. as it's winter at least we expect hot water to drink. that's the only thing that dissapointing.

hotel location is beautiful and peaceful. rooms are very clean. nice furnishing in room. but lift is not at all working due to that every time by steps 4 floors we stepped. except lift everything is fine
