the hotel is good even the rooms. really a value for money. but unmanaged and irresponsible approach towards many things. like when i ordered breakfast they just forgot my order and after i called 40 mins to remind they said ok they'll prepare it now. secondly when i asked for a late check-out on chargeable basis they said powercut and water cut in 2 floors so they can't accommodate any new guests or late check-out

Water filter was out of order, tea service took more than 1 hour, bathroom door was damaged,outside food is not allowed & inhouse food is not good, so many restrictions like guest visit is not allowed, ideally they should charge 500 per room, as per the service and property standards, but they charge 2500 min, pathetic experience, I will not recommend to book this hotel, it's not worth it.

Worst hotel in my last week's journey.They took almost one hour to alot a room and kept us waiting ,after i checked in at reception.Commode seat is broken,No handwash bottle ,Bottle was already broken and kept elsewhere.No water bottles in the room.Whole night I suffered without water .The staff told ,we need to pay extra for water!!!! very very poor ...i would rate this in negative..

Very Good Hotel To Stay , Neat and Clean Property , Good Ambience rooms are also compact and Comfortable ,Very Peaceful Surroundings , Only One thing required improvement :No outside food allowed even no zomato swiggy that's really bothering , rest all things are fine

Yes it was my mistake I didn’t gave a sight on date and booked the stay on the same date , didn’t even checked in - asked the hotel staff and GoIbibo team for help but was neglected

everything about the room was great, but i disliked the use of split mattresses on a queen bed instead of a single queen-size mattress
