Bathroom is continuously leaking, commode flush is not working, water goes off frequently, Geyser is not working properly, dirty and stinky bed linen. I got the room changed to find mosquitoes ans flies added to the existing problems making this stay as nightmare. The manager denied to change the room again. I feel like sticked after paying money. the receptionist refuses to change the room as he has changed it once even after the fact that the newly given room is full of flies and mosquitoes, commode is choked, Geyser is not working, ac is switching off automatically.

They keep trash just in front of our room door and lift.. as i took first room near lift.. a big mountain of trash i see as soon as i come out of room.. though no smell issue but. Still didn't like trash in front of my room. asked them to remove the trash form there however they ignored... dustbin is okay.. but cleaning stuff and trash does not look good... other wise service is very nice. room was also nice. geyser and phone was not working.. well both were not required. :)

It was an average experience. They didn't provide the breakfast though it was mentioned. They don't provide/ get if for you, basic tea or coffee. Manager was good that he managed tea for just once. Bed linen was stinky. Mosquitoes or insects idk something was there, that gave good amount of bites
