Good: Clean Room, HotWater all day, AC. Average size room. Hot water Kettle. Access to eateries. Challenges:- 1. Problem at Check in. They deny me a room and ask me to pay Rs.400 additional per day as they say Rspaid Rs. 417 extra after negotiation. at low price and charge at check in. Very Sad. 2. Service attitude is bad at the hotel. Ask for any room service its not attended to. I asked for a plate and it never came. I asked for only one water bottle per day and it was charged 20 per bottle. Have stayed in lot of hotels but even a hote gave 1 bottle per day. Swiggy comes to reception and no one comes fo give it in the room. 3. The same building has a resto bar on 2nd floor and the music is too loud and goes on till 12.30 am at late nights. Its sends vibrations all over. 4. The faucet is broken. 5. All in all just a below average stay. Most likely will not come back

Hotel Staff asked for more money to check in to the hotel. They asked 500₹ extra money by saying prices changed, online not updated etc etc. Waited for 45 mins by calling customer support and get the issue resolved. Room is good, but no TV channels. No lights in Bathroom
