My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, starting right from check-in. As per the initial booking confirmation, only the primary guest was required to provide ID. However, upon arrival, the staff insisted on identity documents for all four occupants, including my wife and kids. Until I provided all the IDs, we were not allowed to check in, which was both inconvenient and unwelcoming. The issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the balcony was full of dust — clearly not cleaned before our arrival. Early in the morning, the air conditioning was cut off without any prior notice, making the room very uncomfortable. The food was also a major letdown. I ordered dal makhni, but they delivered dal tadka instead. Quality was also very bad. Such careless mistakes are unacceptable. Lastly, I had an unpleasant encounter with a staff member. I didn’t tip him initially when he carried our bags to the room, as I planned to tip during checkout. However, when I was leaving, he refused to help with our luggage because I hadn’t tipped him earlier — extremely unprofessional behavior.

the property was good but service was very poor staff not cooperative we booked one room for 3 person but they not provided extra bed not provided other things on time talking behaviour was very bad of staff not recommended to community

the amenities were excellent — comfortable bedding, fast wi-fi, and all the little touches that make a stay feel special. the hotel’s location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

This is the worst hotel in Haldwani. There is no any supporting staff even no any guard. Strongly recommendation no to stay here because you and your car and your driver are not safe here.
