very Worst Reception. Not at all suitable for Family stays. I had to check in for an emergency Hospital, post surgery we had few visitors of my relations and they were very stubborn to allow them just for a couple of minutes.Somehow I managed for them to allow. And the receptionist person is very arrogant and rude. Not a good experience for me comparitively with the other Hotel experiences.

The Hotel is in a good location. all the travel places are nearer to the hotel. The rooms are very neat and clean and the staff are very polite. The behaviour of the reception manager is so good he allows us to check out 3 hours late

Place is quiet in a prime location and didn't expect the service to be that great. Appreciate the staff's hospitality and being flexible with our requirements. Will surely be on my list when i visit Hyd next time.

Service is poor and hotel management can easily cancel your bookings if they got the physical check ins at the hotel. So be aware of this loss of time and money.
