Here are few observations during my stay here. I stayed for a total of 4 nights. 1. WiFi: If you’re thinking about using their Wifi, just forget it!!! You won’t be able to use it even for one min. It would only work in the lobby area, so unless you want to sit on the receptionist’s lap and work, just forget it. I had to get my own WiFi dongle for general browsing and work 2. Lift: It didn’t work for half of the time but I should give credit to the person working there. It seems they tried harder to get it work in time 3. Hospitality: This is where they have a lot to learn.. They have the so called “No Visitors policy”, which didn’t make any sense. Especially because my relatives wanted to just move my luggage and see the room. They didn’t even allow them for that. The receptionist was a bit rude about the whole issue. Pros: Very nice location. There is a restaurant right on the ground floor. This makes it easy if you want to eat or have some coffee or snacks. Overall I think it’s overpriced for the amenities it provides. I don’t mind spending a lot of money, given that they give necessary benefits and such. Do I recommend this? May be for a family or group of friends, who are just visiting the city and want a place to crash in the night.. But this may not be the best place if you want to spend sometime in the room (for remote working or such)

They are unprofessional and rude. The very bad front office harassed the client in the name of an identity card! Food is the worst. I don't even know how are they still doing business. They weren't kind enough to keep water in the room. Unimaginably bad experience.

Managers were flexible for early check in and early check out, as I vacated the room at 3pmThe room is neat and clean. Well maintained. Ideal for a comfortable stay. There is no dressing mirror in the room. It is available only in rest room at the wash basin.

Hotel rooms are good. You can choose this hotel if you are looking in and around miyapur it is close to miyapur bus stand and metro station. Better for public transportation. Checkin experience is also great. Neatness, Service and hospitality

We can have a very best stay here. Very much worth for money. Very clean room, family friendly, kind staffs who are always available. The hotel Udupi upahar, which is down to the hotel serves good food.

Worst hotel. They don't have power backup. We stayed at 3rd floor. Lift is not working. No hot water. Bathroom was also worst. Hotel staff is not responding. Overall worst experience
