This is the second time i have booked this hotel in last 5 months. Quality of service has degraded over the time. No towel, soap, handwash, sanitizer provided. Room & bathroom had cockroaches the moment you turn off the light. Although the limited area of Bed, walkway etc. were cleaned by housekeeping staff but except that everything else was dirty - Handles of almirah, curtains, door, bathroom etc. Also this room was finalised after checking other 2 rooms of this hotel. Nothing special dislike for friends group but all the same points that i have mentioned related to pest control & cleanliness

Extremely bad. No maintenance at all. at the reception, counter took extra money in addition to my complete payment for two days. Very bad behavior as well. Room walls are very dirty, bathroom doors have fungus all over and are very dirty. AC works but is very mild even at 18 degC. Horrible experience. Will never visit this hotel.

they denied entry to their hotel. Your person also did not co-operate. what kind of service is this. You have no control at all. Finally with all luggages with family member I had to shift to a nearby costly hotel. you didn't left any option for me. Please don't feel sorry for this. You should compensate for my trouble as well

location - outstandingrooms bed cleanliness - overall verygoodbut only thing is not provided body wash/lotion, for 2 people 1 towel.showing breakfast is complimentary, but there is no breakfast so some disappointment .

bathroom not clean. no remote for AC. no table near only charging point. you have to keep mobile on the uncleaned floor for charging. Asked for soap while checking in but given on next day 9 am.

Poor staff behaviour, rooms not comfortable, poor quality food and rooms not clean. Even though breakfast was included in my stay it wasn't provided. Not a decent place to stay.

Room is neat and area is good. But there is no lock for toilet. The lift is not working they provided room at 4th floor, which was horrible. There is no room service also.

Management demanded 300 Rs more extra, otherwise they said cancel your booking and the room also not cleaned and AC not working and full of mosquitos.
