Extremely disappointing experience.The property has the worst service, with rude staff and manager, who was not only uncooperative but also threatened the customer and refused to listen to any concerns. Despite successfully booking a Classic Room through Goibibo, I was denied check-in at 8:15 PM. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional ₹600 to “upgrade” in the suite rroom, or else they claimed no room was available.I tried to speak to find a solution, but he responded rudely and in a threatening manner.I strongly advise others not to consider this property.

I have been here twice. There is no TV here or there is no TV remote here also this time mirror is not in room and there was a huge lack of amenities here, like towels, soap, bucket, mug, Nice new soft pillow and mattress and here the water from the water dispenser had dust particles otherwise receptionist was very polite and humble also he was provided the room of our choice No availability of TV

toilet seats gave stains all over it as if it was used and never cleaned afterwards. very small room and no where close to what we see in the pictures. staff was rude and not helpful. even though we had booking the person in reception kept saying it is not the same hotel we have booked and asked us to go elsewhere and kept misguiding us for more than an hour.

Clogged and dirty bathroom , dirty linen, pathetic overpriced food( irony is , they charge you 100 per order, if you order from outside), no matter how many times you raise any issue ,they are going to say that they are coming to check and resolve but they won't. they didn't even keep drinking water in room.

Tge hotel is shabbily maintained and not clean at all. It is only serving to couples who spend a few hours to do their business and leave. The bed sheets, the bathroom, nothing is clean…. There were hair follicles all over tbe bed …. Horrible place… no water bottle given complementary either.

There is a lot of lack of cleanliness here, there were insects in the bathroom, the commode was not clean, the mattress cushioning was not good, the pillow was also old, the bedsheet was also old and dirty.If you have paid full amount then Tipsyy 007 should have kept the room well maintained

worst hotel ! do not book it , they arr just there to earn money out of their hotel no toiletries will be given no comments water bottle food rates are high so high. then you cant order food from outside coz they charge you 100 rs per order if you order from outside. i need money back

Location os excellent. Room and washroom are also above average with decent housekeeping. However, the food is bad in quality with above normal price range. Parties are usual on the terrance , so lot of noise will be there during weekend
