Hotel Sur

The stay was good,2 Rooms we booked for our family were spacious and amenities are good except the hotel has no restaurants attached however you have several resaturants around due to hotel location. The only concern I had was the way we were told to check out. I totally understant we just crossed the checkin times but then at 10:40 AM the owner was rudely saying to vacate else she will charge for 1/2days was really senseless way to revert. It was raining heavily and our companioin in the second room were stuck in traffic and we were waiting for them. Due to her tone we had to vacate the room and wait at reception for our companions and they arrived in next 20 mins and we vacated. Concern was the tone and the way owner was not sensitive to our situation Altough we booked the hotel for 2 days and we didnt even cross 1 hr to the total checkout time

review : as we reach there we found that a person seated was drunk also we have very bad experience in lunch. we ordered lunch which was served from other outside restaurant after almost 45 to 50 minutes later. i am sorry but i would say that except ambience service was not good.hotel is good with it's infrastructure but there were not good staff and not very helpful to give service in betterway.Ujjain is a nice place.

I booked this hotel for my family and they loved the room..it was very good clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean and big. The rooms that they offer in this low price is what no other hotels in ujjain can provide in 5-6k price range. I would definitely recommend this if you're travelling with your family. P.S :- The rooms and bathroom are as it is shown in the photos

Stay was really good Nice hotel and the staff is also very Polite including the Maneger to Plz tell me the expectations of ur terms to sharing the same I mean the limit of urs I think ur company is not doing anything on its own Just doing business on the basis of ur Commissions ? !!!! Hopefully u all understand that what I am trying to say
