The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff's behaviour was nice. but why i gave 2 star is because the ac was not working properly. when i intimidated this fact to the reception, they immediately changed my room but again the same situation. there also the ac was not working. No ventilation washroom. although there are glass windows in the room to see the outside view, but they are not openable. so no ventilation in room also.

I hate this hotel staff.. Very rude.. They don't know how to behave with customer.. They are asking for extra money.. And hotel room Not clean too.. I will suggest to everyone don't go to this hotel.. But food quality is nice.. I don't like hotel staff behavior and they are asking for extra money. I gave again 500/- extra.. First time I saw this type of nonsense hotel.. I hate this hotel and hotel staff

very impressive facilities of room, professional services, hassle free, safely environment. Room condition is very nice, cleaning is very good. all the queries are done on immediately and permanently supportive management. Good for everyone. stay safe and healthy.
