Swiss Traffalgaar Luxury Hotels

PROS: 1.The hotel premises are beautifully designed with loads of open spaces. 2. the open spaces and the rooms are very well cleaned. 3.The hotel is very well located right on the main road. 4. The food in the in-house restaurant is quite good. 5. The staff is polite and courteous. CONS: 1.Even though the hotel brands itself as a luxury hotel, basic amenities such as in-room wifi are missing. there's wifi in the common area but it's speed makes you wonder if it's actually working or not. 2. The hotel doesn't allow outside food and to make things worse, the options available in the in-house restaurant are very limited. 3. The hotel rooms require some overhauling, the electrical switch placements are quite inconvenient and the paint also has some stains which do not look good. Overall, for the price that you pay, the hotel is a good choice, if you don't plan on spending a good chunk of your day indoors.

You cannot find the hotel with Uber or google location as location is completely different and 2 km away from real location. No wifi in rooms, only in Lobby, No curtains in shower cabin so expect entire bathroom and toilet will be wet after you take the shower. No hot water before 6 pm. Worst of all is the hotel is turned into a wedding or private events like birthdays etc. venue and you have no access to animities like swimming pool and loud music plays all the evening due to the events which doesnt let you do anything. Lastly, TV doesnt work because the have not renewed the TATA sky subscription. Additional charg of INR 1000 for early checkin. Early check in or late checkout charges has no rulebook and varies subject to staff you are dealing with at the reception.

it was okish, I can say staff was quite helpfull with all the issues , I had to change 3 rooms in two days just because of the issues in the washroom , ac , and some electricity related issue . other than it was quite good but price doesn't really justifying the quality of the rooms .

Stay experience here was good and the ambience of hotel was appreciable but the staff was not at all cooperative and never pick the call for room service and again and again we have to go for recharge card it got deactivated on its own
