worst experience of my life, dont know who is responsible for this property owner goibibo. on given number i asked about my booking but they said you dont have any booking on name vishnu jindal after few mins when i given him booking id he said you dialed wrong number this is my other property . i asked him how i dreamed your number if this number is not for my booking alsomy mobile bettry was low . i said him to send me your location it may be wrong he take too mu h time and after many calles he gave me his location. which was wrong. it was same wrong given location on goibibo. after 30 mins i found it. and when i entered bed sheets was too dirty with hair i taken a pic even my bettery was low and washroom was also dirty so i said him dont prepare my breafast tomaarow. the owner is very irresponsible. i will never suggest goibibo and this property to anyone. if i need i will complain on higher leval

The property seems new and they are yet to figure out the operations. There was no phone extension list to call for room service. The internet was not working. I met the man who settled us down and he said he would come and check. He came back after a couple of hours only to check on some missing items the previous guests left behind. Even though I told him my family is sleeping to come later and he insisted and wanted to push his way through. There was curdled milk in the microwave which clearly means they did not check. There were used towels in the bathroom with no soap or shampoo. They did not even refill the used coffee and tea sachets as there was no dairy whitener at all. Overall the experience could have been better . We tried calling for room service at 9am but there was no response, so we had to order food from outside.

Throughout our stay, the staff's attention to detail was commendable, ensuring a seamless experience. The space is well-utilized, with room sizes exceeding expectations, providing ample space to unwind. The apartment's tasteful decor adds a touch of sophistication, enhancing the overall ambiance. Tattva Suites in Pune make it a top choice for discerning travelers.

the staffs were rude. the owner was professional but didn't understand/respond to not having provided us breakfast on the bookings we did during the last two days. it was very disappointing. the room service was lousy and the receptionist was rude and not very supportive during the check-in process. the bed was not comfortable at all
