# Excellent Service and Beautiful Views - Highly Recommended! I had an outstanding experience at this homestay in Arunachalam, thanks largely to the exceptional service provided by the owner, Naresh. ## Outstanding Customer Service When a booking error on the website allocated us 3 small rooms instead of what we needed, Naresh immediately called to resolve the issue. He proactively arranged 2 spacious rooms for the same price, which actually worked out better for our group. Throughout our stay, he followed up personally to ensure we were completely satisfied with the accommodation changes. When our darshan got delayed, he graciously offered a late checkout for one room, which was incredibly helpful and showed genuine care for his guests’ needs. ## Helpful and Honest Staff The staff went above and beyond in assisting us with local transportation. They helped call auto-rickshaws, provided honest opinions on fair pricing, and didn’t show favoritism to any particular drivers. Their transparency about local transport costs was much appreciated and helped us navigate the area confidently. ## Comfortable Accommodation While there’s no on-site restaurant, the convenience of ordering tea and coffee directly to the room was a nice touch that saved time. The beverages were good quality and reasonably priced. The rooms offered spectacular views - one overlooking the temple gopuram and another with beautiful mountain vistas. Both were spacious and comfortable. ## Important Consideration The only drawback is the lack of direct car access to the property. Guests need to rely on auto-rickshaws or walking, which can become expensive, especially for families with young children or elderly members. As with most temple towns, auto fares can be quite high and add up over the course of your stay. ## Final Verdict Despite the transportation challenge, I would highly recommend this homestay. Naresh’s proactive customer service, the helpful staff, beautiful views, and comfortable rooms make this an excellent choice for pilgrims visiting Arunachalam. the owner was very friendly and guided us how to proceed and ensured that we were comfortable.. the staff were also were very supportive. The place is nearby and walkable to the temple and also for the Giri Pradakshina . Good hotels are also there very nearby. Ideal place to stay

The room allotted is really good with the owner being so cordial and helpful with any query by being reachable. I would highly recommend the stay as it's so close to the temple. Thank you so much

Everything is good except there is no parking, rooms were clean and we were getting hot water 24/7. And the rooms are closer to temple.
