Stay was horrible. Lift was not working. No water supply. Only boiling hot water from geyser was coming. We had to catch a train for visit to temple at Maihar. Whole family couldn't take bath in morning. Two of us had to wipe soap on body with towels. In all this hotch potch almost one hour in morning also got wasted. We couldn't take breakfast. I had my mother & father both aged 75 yrs and wife with 3 yr old daughter. Everybody got disturbed

Very pathetic experience with this hotel. Land line was not working so had to order food over phone. Hotel had committed for railway station pickup and drop. It during checkout they told railway station drop facility not available. I had to arrange by my own in late night. Its not recommend if you are coming by train other wise you may face problem. Location is also not good. Food was decent

The staff's behaviour is good. at night time they must keep some one awake so that customers can get the service more actively. I had to go to the reception to get the help as no one picked the phone call neither from reception nor from room service.Good as there is a separate car parking in the basement which is walkable distance from the hotel.

best stay in ambikapur. Rooms were clean and all facilities were good including wifi, bathroom, food. everything was above expectations. Kalyan ji was helpful everywhere. All staff were polite and sweet. will recommend everyone who is visiting Ambikapur.

It was a wonderful stay. Hotel staff was well behaved. Hotel allowed me early check in, that to 6 hours before. They provided me baggage counter after check out for next 6 hours. overall it was worth. This is one of my favourite accommodation now.
